The total amount on your invoice may not exactly match the sum of your charging sessions for the following reasons:
- Additional fees:
The invoice amount could include monthly base fees or subscription fees that are not listed in the "Charging sessions" section of your account. These fees are added to the total amount on your invoice but are not part of the charging session details. - Late information from charging stations:
The details of your charging sessions depend on the information provided by the charge point operator (CPO). If there is a delay in transmitting the charging data, it may not appear on the invoice for that month. As a result, the sum of your charging sessions might not match the invoice total for that period.
