How do I get 1 month of IONITY Pro free?
Register as a new Charge myHyundai customer from 1 July 2026 and choose the Flex or Smart tariff when you sign up. Your free month of IONITY Pro will activate automatically at no charge.

Who is eligible?
New customers who drive a fully electric Hyundai (BEV) in a market where Charge myHyundai is available, don't already have an active account and are registering with the Charge myHyundai service for the first time.

What happens after the free month?
Your IONITY Pro subscription continues automatically at the standard monthly rate, unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings.

IONITY Pro isn't showing in my account. What do I do?
Please allow up to 24 hours for IONITY Pro to activate. If it's still not showing in your account, contact our customer support.

Does the offer apply to both Flex and Smart tariffs?
Yes, the 1 month of free IONITY Pro applies to both tariffs.

Can I use IONITY Pro when I travel abroad?
Yes, your IONITY Pro discount travels with you across Europe. You'll get the discounted rate at IONITY stations in your home country and the same IONITY Pro discount as local customers when you travel in Europe.

I already have a Charge myHyundai account. Can I get the free month?
No, this offer is only for customers registering for the first time.

Is the offer available in my country?
This promotion is available in all markets where Charge myHyundai is available. We'll confirm your eligibility during registration.

How long is the promotion available for?
