Your login for the Charge myHyundai charging service comes from your Hyundai Account account. This means you need to reset your credentials directly in your Hyundai Account account.
Please note:
- Changes made in the Charge myHyundai charging service will not update your Hyundai Account account.
- If you want to change your e-mail address, you will need to:
- Cancel your current charging contracts.
- Create a new Hyundai Account account with the new e-mail address.
- Register again for the Charge myHyundai charging service and set up new contracts.
Important: If you have vouchers linked to your current contracts, you may lose them when you cancel.
