Based on our General Terms & Conditions, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days after the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Digital Charging Solutions GmbH,
Rosenstraße 18-19 10178 Berlin, Germany, tel.: +44 20 3872 2477, e-mail: uk@chargemyhyundai.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal
statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form
(Annex 1) for this purpose, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the
right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you,
including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a
type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without delay
and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your
withdrawal from the contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of
payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any
event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
